Contrasting panoramic walk with constant ups and downs, following an old shepherd’s path and connecting small hamlets in the mountains of northwest Tenerife. Surrounded by endemic vegetation and impressive ravines, we have a bird’s eye view of a magnificent natural landscape with the Atlantic Ocean and the silhouettes of the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. We head south from the northern side of the Teno Rural Park, where the vegetation and climate change abruptly. Our destination is one of the most picturesque mountain villages in the Canary Islands, famous for its unique ravine, magnificent natural setting and traditional architecture. On arrival in Masca, we will stop at a restaurant with a beautiful terrace where we can try the traditional Canarian coffee “barraquito” or some tapas with local wine (not included in the price).

Wear hiking shoes or trainers with good soles and bring raincoat, hat, sun protection and enough water with you.

This hike is suitable for children from 12 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

This activity requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the people who have booked can assume the remaining cost for the excursion to take place, otherwise the excursion will be cancelled and the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
