Top Tour Masca
The route presents a distinctive panoramic walk with consistent ascents and descents, following an established shepherd’s trail and linking small mountain communities in the northwest region of Tenerife. The route offers visitors a bird’s eye view of a magnificent natural landscape, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the silhouettes of the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. The area is surrounded by endemic vegetation and impressive ravines. We proceed in a southerly direction from the northern side of the Teno Rural Park, where there is a notable change in vegetation and climate. Our destination is one of the most picturesque mountain villages in the Canary Islands, renowned for its distinctive ravine, breathtaking natural scenery and traditional architectural style. Upon arrival in Masca, we will stop at a restaurant with a beautiful terrace where we can sample the traditional Canarian coffee, “barraquito,” or enjoy tapas with local wine (at an additional cost). Wear hiking shoes or trainers with good soles and bring raincoat, hat, sun protection and enough water with you.
This hike is suitable for children from 12 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the people who have booked can assume the remaining cost for the excursion to take place, otherwise the excursion will be cancelled and the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
