Cancellation Policy:

SERGIO WALKING TOURS reserves the right to postpone or cancel an excursion if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. In this case, the payments received for the reservation will be fully refunded without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.

The customer has the right to cancel the booking and receive a refund in accordance with the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to info@sergiowalkingtours.com. This email must contain full details of the booking, including the name of the tour, the name and surname of the person making the booking, the date, method of payment and contact details. Please note that cancellations communicated by any other means will not be accepted.
• Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: a cancellation fee of 50% applies.
• Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• In the event that SERGIO WALKING TOURS is forced to cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions, weather alerts issued in the 48 hours prior to the activity, or due to unforeseeable circumstances (fires, accidents, strikes, social conflicts, etc.), the full amount paid will be refunded. Alternatively, another date may be arranged to carry out the activity within the next two months.
• The activities will commence at the scheduled time, allowing a maximum of 10 minutes of grace for late arrivals. Please note that, should the 10 minutes of courtesy time be exceeded, the activity will commence and will be considered a ‘no show’. As a result, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
• It is the responsibility of the guide in charge to manage any potential risks at all times. Accordingly, the responsible guide reserves the right to decline participation in the activity by any individual not wearing the appropriate footwear or equipment. This is to ensure the safety of the individual and the group.
• The responsible guide reserves the right to decline participation in the activity by any individual displaying signs of alcohol consumption, drug or narcotic use, or exhibiting a physical or mental condition that may endanger their own safety or that of the group.
• For safety reasons, pets will not be allowed during the activities.
